Each of our three UL-listed, bi-directionally redundant central stations uses the most advanced industry technologies for the fastest response to calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each center has earned the coveted “Five Diamond†certification from the Central Station Alarm Association. This certification is awarded only to central stations that meet or exceed best practices on equipment, redundancy, staffing, and protocols. In 2013 alone, we responded to 3 million alarms in our nationwide service area.
