About the Position

In this fully remote role (US Eastern or Central time zones), you will take personal ownership of the customer experience, providing technical support to our global customer base. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network, server, and client-side problems, as well as assisting customers with system-wide rollouts and updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global first line troubleshooting and user assistance for all reported technical issues.
  • Diagnose complex issues involving Windows Server, networking connectivity, and software applications.
  • Participate in a rotating weekly "on-call" schedule to provide emergency out-of-hours support (compensated).
  • Utilize technical skills in SQL, IIS, and SSL/TLS to craft solutions for customers.
