Business Development Manager

Position Overview: 

The Business Development Manager position is designed to steadily grow Compliance Management Solutions’ market presence and annual revenues. This individual is critical to the overall success of the business and has substantial room for growth as we continue to drive our business development strategy.


Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify target prospects and develop strategic approach to generate sales

· Manage day-to-day sales activities and complete sales cycle

· Develop new business and continuously foster positive relationships

· Meet/exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis

· Generate new leads through various avenues: cold-calling, email, industry trade shows, etc.

· Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients

· Schedule appointments for CMS leadership team to close the deal

· Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver best offerings to clients

· Utilize CRM to update contact information of all potential clients

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in a sales capacity, security industry experience is a plus

· Communicate at an extremely effective level – internally and externally

· Understanding of CRM software is a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to travel to quarterly industry events


Compensation Model: This position has a base salary of $33K plus a commission on executed projects. Specific details will be provided to candidates.
